Working Hours

Our team works Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Pacific Time. During these hours, we focus on fulfilling orders and ensuring that each customer's needs are met. We understand the importance of timely order processing and strive to provide the best service possible.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our team carefully reviews each order, ensuring that all details are accurate and complete. We take pride in our attention to detail, providing our customers with the best possible experience.

Jewelry Orders:

All in-stock jewelry will ship within 1-3 business days, ensuring each piece is packaged beautifully and securely.

Clay Tools Orders:

Clay cutters and tools will ship within 3-5 business days, as we ensure each item is carefully prepared and ready for use.

Combined Orders:

If your order includes both jewelry and clay tools, they will ship together at the same time, ensuring that everything arrives safely and securely.

Shipping Information

Once your order has been processed and packaged, it is ready for shipment. At checkout, you will have the option to select your preferred shipping method from USPS or UPS. The system will generate an estimated delivery time frame based on your selection. Please note that shipping times may vary, and both USPS and UPS can experience delays during transit and final delivery. While we cannot guarantee the exact delivery timeline once the package is shipped, we are committed to providing you with the most accurate information available.

If you require faster shipping times, we offer the option to select USPS Priority, USPS Express, or UPS expedited services at checkout. These options will shorten the transit time, ensuring that your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please note that selecting a faster shipping method will not affect the processing time of your order itself.

Lost or returned packages are a rare occurrence, but if it does happen, we are here to assist you. In the event that a package is returned to us, a new shipping label must be purchased before it can be resent. Shipping charges are non-refundable, but we will work closely with you to find a suitable solution.

International Shipping Information

We are excited to offer international shipping to Canada at this time!

Customs Duties & Taxes:

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees (including VAT), which are determined by Canadian customs and are due upon delivery. Last Mile Delivery Fees:

In addition to customs duties and taxes, any last mile delivery fees that may apply (e.g., handling, delivery surcharges) are also the responsibility of the recipient. Rockrose Clay Co. is not liable for any last mile fees or additional delivery charges imposed by the shipping carrier.
